About the Role
We are currently seeking a Low Voltage Installer! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.
Responsibilities:
General labor and construction work
Running and bending 1/2", 3/4", 1", 2" Conduit
Pulling CAT 5E and CAT 6 cable and low voltage wires in a commercial environment
Installing support structures (ladder rack, racks, j-hooks)
Provides installation and troubleshooting for a wide range of systems including voice and data, fiber optics, fire alarm, etc.
Analyzes blueprints effectively for job site knowledge
Evaluates upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training needs.
Demonstrates the ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size.
Enforces a safe job site and maintains compliance with company safety, OSHA, and customer-specific safety standards.
Demonstrates excellent customer relations through the utilization of effective problem-solving techniques.
Requirements
​​Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with installation of low voltage wiring
Being able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must have a reliable mode of transportation and valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
Have a working knowledge of hand & power tools.
Be on time, reliable, dependable, & consistent.
Ability to work both independently and, as a team player, can communicate effectively and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate with security and IT professionals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time and event management skills.
